- 5 years experience in Environmental/Civil Engineering & associated technical writing
- 6 years experience in Computer Aided Drafting & Design (CADD)
- 10 years experience in management of Project Implementation
- Knowledge of spreadsheets, databases, engineering design software, web applications and presentation/training development software
